Starting in 2005 at Hacettepe University, my journey of contact with psychology, which I serve in Turkish and Kurdish, has offered various perspectives on my personal life and my profession along the way. The question of why and how I chose my profession has always met me with meaningful answers. I now know that everything we experience comes our way with a meaning and purpose, and that it does not leave us without delivering its message to us, and that it visits us in different ways without receiving this message. For 15 years, I have been trying to be a real listener first in the experiences of my clients, especially in chronic complaints caused by Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Depression and many social problems. The school I find myself close to and enjoy working with is the Existentialist approach.
